Oversize / overweight minerals and supplements
Please contact our shipping department for a freight quote on excluded items.
Important note about glassware: North Forty will NOT be responsible for glass items broken in shipping. While we will do our best to package your purchase securely, glass items are shipped at your own risk. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all glass items be picked up in store.
We ship Canada Post expedited parcel (3 to 5 business days in Canada).

Orders to be Shipped Outside of Canada
Shipping on all orders to the USA or overseas destinations are at the customer's expense.
North Forty offers a 7 day money back (14 days for online orders), 30 day exchange / in-store credit guarantee. Items being returned must be in brand new condition, with all tags, labels and instructions attached and your original proof of purchase must be presented. We will not accept a return without a receipt under any circumstance.
If shipping charges were incurred, they will not be refunded. You as the consumer will be responsible for shipping charges BOTH WAYS on any returns.
The return form that was shipped along with your package must accompany the product being returned. If you do not have a return form or the product was purchased in the store please see below for a downloadable form.
Please note that if an order was made online, we do not need the receipt; just a reference to your order number (IR____). If purchased over the phone or in store a copy of the original receipt MUST be provided.
